Mark Williams has been in the IT industry for over 15 years. His expertise is in the desktop support and help desk field handling escalations to the highest level. He has seen what the worst day in the field is like to the best day. At the end of 2021 he works closely with Jean M Nelson, He's co-founder to create Boltech Technologies LLC. A Tech desktop support  company that can help make a difference in today's technology for small or big business.

 

His passion for IT has been in his life for most his life. Exploring technology since a young age working on family and friends’ computers, landing his first IT gig in college. Mark and Jean decided to form BolTech Technologies to show the world what a difference an IT company should be like and what it should bring to the table.
